Bill lead worhsip this weekend. It was a crazy team that hadnt really played together very much. They did well i would say. There were a couple little hic-ups but nothing major. Also, our house right projector is still not working right. and something happened to the sound at the beginning of the video. Someone unplugged the computer to the system. But nothing crazy. Please leave your feedback from the weekend. I would love to hear from the worship team and the tech team. See ya

Are there “dead spots” in the house? If so, are different parts of the mix affected–as in, could different instruments/vocals be muted or amplified, depending on where you are in the room? I’ve always wondered that.

I was a part of this weekends crazy team. Overall I would also have to say it was a good weekend. The weather was a factor for all Mclane services this week. Thanks Tim for all of the hard work and support in making our job as musicians/Lead worshippers easier. The end result of having two teams per week is that things get stretched and everyone gets sharper.

Hey Joel,
Yeah, in our room there are a lot of dead spots. We haven’t done anything to our walls, floor, or ceiling. In the UC auditorum they have carpet and acusictial treatment that helps with the mix. Mike I. and I were really hoping that we would have that all done by now, but as you can see, we haven’t. So for the best mix you really want to sit in the middle, middle. If you want it quite i would sit on the outsides.
Tim
